Return & Refund Policy

At PIROSA, we want you to shop with confidence.

Exchange & Return

* Exchange and return are available only in the presence of the shipping courier at the time of delivery.
* The item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and with all original tags attached.

Shipping Fees

* For exchanges or returns requested in the presence of the courier, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping fees.
* If the item has a manufacturing defect or the wrong item was delivered, PIROSA will cover all shipping costs.

Important

* Once the courier leaves the delivery location, the order is considered accepted and exchanges or returns will no longer be available.
* Used, washed, altered, or damaged items cannot be exchanged or returned.

 سياسة الاستبدال و الاسترجاع

       . يحق للعميل استبدال أو استرجاع المنتج فقط أثناء وجود مندوب الشحن عند الاستلام *

  .يجب ان يكون المنتج في حالته الاصلية غير مستخدم مع جميع الملحقات كما تم استلامه  *

رسوم الشحن 

  .في حالة الاستبدال او الاسترجاع يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن كاملة* 

.جميع تكاليف الشحنPIROSAاذا كان المنتج به عيب صناعة او تم ارسال منتج غير صحيح تتحمل *

ملاحظات هامة 

 .بعد مغادرة مندوب الشحن يعتبر الطلب مقبولا من العميل ولا يمكن طلب استبدال او استرجاع*
